Toolkit for diplomats on freedom of religion or belief

Here is a Toolkit drafted for the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with the Finnish NGO FELM. How does this right interact with other issues, such as: foreign policy, security, women’s rights, state religions, LGBTQI+ rights, and blasphemy allegations? There are also recommendations to the Finnish government and to the Ministry of Foreign affairs that can apply to many countries.
