How to better decipher different verbal and non-verbal communication customs? Based on research from intercultural theory, this workshop examines how to enhance social interactions, avoid stereotyping and solve misunderstandings and mistrust. In taking this initiative, the Swiss police are demonstrating its commitment to diversity and ongoing skill enhancement.
